Jerry Wuebbolt is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Architectural Engineering. Prior to founding Right-Trak Design, Inc. in 1994, he served as General Engineer for the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Manchester, NH and was involved with the implementation of federal guidelines and regulations.
Our extensive experience in Federal, State and Local regulations is the result of having worked with numerous housing authorities in the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.

Jerome L. Wuebbolt, Owner/Principal, NADG, and Principal, Right-Trak Design, Inc., a company specializing in services to Public Housing authorities. Mr. Wuebbolt has worked on the design and construction administration of hundreds of Public Housing projects throughout New England. He received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio College of Applied Science in 1980. Mr. Wuebbolt has extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations developed while working with housing authorities in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
His expertise covers the full scope of architectural services, including design, planning, programming and project management, as well as development and delivery of comprehensive construction documents. Mr. Wuebbolt is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and has completed additional professional development coursework including: Special Construction Inspections Training (BOCA), Procurement and Contract Management training, Construction Contracts in the Government (GSA) and Specification Writing for Construction Contracts (US Army Corp of Engineers).
He is a HUD-Contracted Inspector for Supportive Housing for the Elderly (Section 202) and insured facilities throughout New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.
Director of CNA Services
Mr. Foote attended the University of Maine and has 34 years’ experience in retail store design, construction and maintenance. Jim joined the firm in 2003 and as a full-time employee he specialized in Project Inspections and Construction Monitoring, Capital Needs Assessments, CAD Drawings, Digital Documentation, and ADA inspections. He was also responsible for the review and approval of all Capital Needs Assessments and Energy Audits in an interactive computing environment. Currently, Jim is now semi-retired and oversees the Capital Needs Assessment operation, is primarily responsible for the development of CNA proposals, and assists with various elements of project completion as needed.
Senior Project Manager
Hollis A. McLaughlin is the Senior Project Manager for Right-Trak Design. In this role Hollis oversees all inspections and capital needs assessments for buildings spanning range and complexity from commercial centers to multi-story residential buildings to multi-family homes. In addition to his work at Right-Trak Design he has extensive experience in Construction, as well as Quality Assurance and Documentation, most notably with the FDA. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in English.
Stephanie Ridley Strauss
Stephanie joined Right-Trak Design and Northern Architectural Design Group in the summer of 2019.
She earned her Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland School of Architecture, and holds architectural licenses in the states of Maine, New Hampshire and New York. An AIA member and NCARB Certificate holder, her expertise covers the full scope of architectural services, including client meetings, programming, feasibility studies, schematic design, construction documents, interior finish selection, and construction administration.
Accounting and Financial Manager
Melissa joined Right-Trak Design and Northern Architectural Design Group LLC as a contractor in 2017. Melissa has over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries. Melissa provides expert bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and overall business management. Melissa earned her B.S. with honors in Accounting and Financial Management from Franklin Pierce University and is an Intuit Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor for both Online and Desktop versions.
Giuseppe A. Puglisi
Giuseppe joined Right-Trak Design and Northern Architectural Design Group at the beginning of 2020. Giuseppe received an Associate of Architectural Engineering from NHTI in Concord, NH and is actively working towards his Bachelor of Architecture at Academy of University in San Francisco, as well as professional licensure. Giuseppe has professional experience in Architecture, Engineering, Specifications, CAD, BIM, 3D Modeling, Design Visualization, Art, Professional Writing and Design Software Tutoring. Giuseppe started his career as an AEC BIM Content Developer, creating manufacturer-specific 3D and 2D content for use by industry professionals, with an emphasis on product data and specifications. Giuseppe was later employed as an Architectural and Engineering Drafter, documenting and designing everything from cell towers, to water tanks, to churches and even Boston landmarks. With his experience, he has gained a strong understanding of structural, mechanical and electrical design, in addition to his passion for his Architectural career and professional development.
Cynthia P. Williams
Cynthia joined Right-Trak Design, Inc. and Northern Architectural in the fall of 2019. Cynthia earned her associated degree in interior design at Brooks College in Long Beach CA. She has 17+ years of office administration experiences in variety of industries. Such as Interior Design, Fashion, and Petrochemical. Cynthia provides all around administrative and clerical support to the front office staff to include the CEO and Architects.
