Jerry Wuebbolt is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Architectural Engineering. Prior to founding Right-Trak Design, Inc. in 1994, he served as General Engineer for the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Manchester, NH and was involved with the implementation of federal guidelines and regulations.
Our extensive experience in Federal, State and Local regulations is the result of having worked with numerous housing authorities in the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.

Jerome Wuebbolt
Principal
Jerome's Bio
Jerome L. Wuebbolt, Owner/Principal, NADG, and Principal, Right-Trak Design, Inc., a company specializing in services to Public Housing authorities. Mr. Wuebbolt has worked on the design and construction administration of hundreds of Public Housing projects throughout New England. He received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio College of Applied Science in 1980. Mr. Wuebbolt has extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations developed while working with housing authorities in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
His expertise covers the full scope of architectural services, including design, planning, programming and project management, as well as development and delivery of comprehensive construction documents. Mr. Wuebbolt is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and has completed additional professional development coursework including: Special Construction Inspections Training (BOCA), Procurement and Contract Management training, Construction Contracts in the Government (GSA) and Specification Writing for Construction Contracts (US Army Corp of Engineers).
He is a HUD-Contracted Inspector for Supportive Housing for the Elderly (Section 202) and insured facilities throughout New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.

Jim Foote
Director of CNA Services
Jim's Bio
Mr. Foote attended the University of Maine and has 34 years’ experience in retail store design, construction and maintenance. Jim joined the firm in 2003 and as a full-time employee he specialized in Project Inspections and Construction Monitoring, Capital Needs Assessments, CAD Drawings, Digital Documentation, and ADA inspections. He was also responsible for the review and approval of all Capital Needs Assessments and Energy Audits in an interactive computing environment. Currently, Jim is now semi-retired and oversees the Capital Needs Assessment operation, is primarily responsible for the development of CNA proposals, and assists with various elements of project completion as needed.

Megan Pelissier

Megan's Bio
Megan joined Right-Trak Design and Northern Architectural Design Group in June of 2021.
Megan earned her Master of Architecture from Norwich University and has expertise with Revit, AutoCAD, and innovative concepts for sustainable and economical designs. She has seven years of experience in construction and drafting work. Megan’s expertise encompasses architectural services including programming, feasibility studies, code review, schematic design, construction documents, construction administration, and client meetings.

Frank Concemi

Frank's Bio
Frank joined Right-Trak and Northern Architectural in March of 2022. After completing his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at University of Massachusetts, Lowell, he gained experience in 3D CAD in SolidWorks and designs of mechanical systems. He also worked as a team leader for over 5 years. Currently, he is working as a project manager and trying to streamline the processes to make the company more efficient, as well as working as a capital needs assessor, and a NHHFA inspector.
